RANTOUL — Cissna Park’s boys varsity golf team team defeated a combined Fisher team 220-225 last Wednesday at Willow Pond Golf Course in nine-hole varsity dual competition.

Cissna Park’s Cale Clauss took medalist honors with a 51.

Isabella Smith-Fawver’s 54 led Fisher golfers, which also included Ryan Coulter (55), Jordan Claxton (58), Jacob Reynolds (58), Max Bruggman (61) and Andrew Ferguson (65).

Other Cissna Park individual varsity scores: Devin Hull (55), Bryce Bruens (56), Kahne Clauss (58), Luke Petry (65) and Bryce Sluis (66).

Cissna Park also had the best of it in junior varsity competition, carding 252 to Fisher’s 268.

The Timberwolves’ Brayden Bruens had low score with 49, while Shaughn McGuire was low golfer for Fisher with a 64.

Other Cissna Park JV scores: Tanner Garrison (62), James Yergler (70), Ryan King (71) and Joel Yergler (72).
