I&I farm show this weekend in Penfield

PENFIELD — I&I Antique Tractor and Gas Engine Club will host its 2011 Historic Farm Days Thursday through Sunday at the I&I grounds in Penfield.
Following is the list of activities.
 

Daily events
9 a.m., Flag raising and national anthem
9:30-noon, corn crib filling and shelling, threshing and baling, potato digging, wheat combining
9:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m., Chicago engine demo
1 p.m., tractor parade
2 p.m., pedal pull in the pavilion
2:30 to 4 p.m., Corn crib shelling, threshing, baling, corn harvest
Tractor pull, Friday-Sunday after the parade
Sawmill daily except during lunch hour
Blacksmith, demonstrations daily
Log cabin open daily
Household display and museum open daily; exhibits of yesteryear
Old Penfield Church open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Bible and hymnal display
Club Hall, quilt display and crafts
Trading post, collectibles to buy and sell
Raffle for Oliver tractors, I&I Club tickets available near the windmill until the drawing at 2 p.m. Sunday
Numerous churches and organizations will have food stands available.

Thursday
Mini rods/antique classes, 6 p.m.
 

Friday
Tractor games at grandstand 10 a.m.
Frontier Twirlers square dancers 11:30 a.m. at pavilion
Bingo 2-4 p.m. at school cafeteria
Marvin Lee Country Music Show 6:30-8:30 p.m. at pavilion
Twilight tractor drive 7 p.m. at grandstand
 

Saturday
Tractor games 10 a.m. at grandstand
Wes Wheeler’s Battle Creek Band 3-6 p.m. at pavilion
Sanctioned tractor pull 6 p.m. at grandstand
Steam engine spark show and fireworks at dusk
 

Sunday
Marvin Lee Gospel Music 9:30-11 a.m. at Old Penfield Church
