Under general direction from the Director of the Recreation Department, directly supervises all aspects of the Forum Fitness Center, Hap Parker Family Aquatic Center, Adult Recreation programs and other Rantoul Recreation Department activities as assigned.

A successful applicant must have the ability to develop, market and administer sales promotions. Ability to be self-motivated and work as a part of a team to achieve department goals as well as working independently without direct supervision. Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. A thorough understanding and knowledge of municipal recreation. Organizational skills and the ability to maintain a variety of diverse activities simultaneously. Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relations with Village of Rantoul staff.
