Director of Nursing:
Knowledge of long term care regulations, policies & procedures is strongly encouraged. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our skilled nursing staff in providing exceptional care to the resident's we serve on a 24 hour basis.
Unit Manager:
Working collaboratively with the nursing management team, this candidate will work on our long term care neighborhoods to ensure the staff is properly trained and are providing exceptional care to the residents residing in these neighborhoods. This person also works closely with the residents and their family members to ensure their needs are being met and are happy with their stay.
Shift Supervisor:
Must be willing to work evening or night shift. The Supervisor will be the primary contact of a designated shift that coordinates nursing assignments, promotes exceptional quality of care, and ensures the services our staff provides is meeting our residents individual needs.
Adult Day Care Director:
The Director develops day to day stimulating activities for the clients we serve as well as coordinates transportation, completes assessments and creates care plans for each individual.
