Educational Requirements: BA or BS in Human Services (social work, psych) or similar; BA or BS in any field plus 2 years clinical experience, or HS plus 5 years experience in the human services field.

Kitchen Assistant -
Cunningham Children's Home, an agency committed to providing a safe place for young people to learn, heal and grow, is seeking an experienced, patient, detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant. With a qualified team of co-workers, the candidate will prepare, serve and clean up the kitchen for the youth and staff at our residential treatment facility and schools according to our specifications. The schedule is generally 11:30 am - 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday on days when school is in session.
In addition to being a competent cook, the qualified candidate will have knowledge of Public Health regulations, and understand the principles behind bulk food preparation, storage and distribution. Requirements include a HS diploma, Food Service Sanitation Certificate, a valid IL driver's license with proof of auto insurance, at least 21 years old and ability to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
