Eastern Illini Electric Cooperative, an electric distribution cooperative located in Paxton, Illinois, is seeking qualified candidates for the member relations coordinator. This position will manage the Cooperative's core programs and will be the main point of contact for members and the community in regard to those programs. Qualified candidates should have five or more years' experience in managing customer-faced programs and must demonstrate a proven track record that shows enthusiasm in engaging people and developing relationships. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the cooperative business model and the energy industry is preferred. Qualified candidates

should possess effective oral and written communication skills. Qualified candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Office suite andcustomer database software.
